1. Personal statement outlining your reasons for applying to and for your motivation to join Bagh Grammar School, and why you believe you should be accepted. (Attached text should be 350 to 500 words in length and must be handwritten/typed on a white A4 paper)

Guidelines

1. Please write clearly in black/blue ink in English. Complete all relevant sections.
2. Please ensure that you provide personal information e.g. Full name (First / Middle and Last names), date of birth in the order they appear in your official documents i.e. CNIC, B-form, NICOP or Passport.
3. Please read and familiarize yourself with all the documents appended at the end of this application and sign where required.
4. Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to the delay and/or rejection of your application. Submission of this application for admission is not a guarantee of admission itself, and acceptance will only be confirmed after review of this application by the Bagh Grammar School’s Admissions Office.
5. The school will not return copies of any non-original documents submitted along with this application.

1. Upon receiving an offer, to secure a place at the school, you must pay the admission fee and applicable tuition fees by the due date indicated on the invoice.
2. Bagh Grammar School will use the personal data you provide solely for the purpose of processing your application for a school place. Your information will be kept securely and will not be shared with any third parties.
3. By signing this application for admission, the parent or guardian accepts all the terms and conditions outlined in this document, the fee policy agreement, and the code of conduct.
4. The admission of a student is provisional until the school receives satisfactory records.

1. I promise to provide accurate information on this application, and I haven't left anything out on purpose. 2. It's important to give all the information, because if I don't, my child's admission to Bagh Grammar School could be canceled or they could be expelled in the future. 3. I have read and accepted the terms and conditions that came with this application. 4. If my child gets sick or hurt and needs medical care, I allow the school staff to get emergency care, and I will pay for any expenses. 5. I also give permission for my child to go on school field trips, and I promise to follow the school's rules and policies.

Transportation Charges: (If availing school bus service)

• Within City Limits: Rs. 2000 per month
• Beyond City Limits: Rs. 2500 per month

Board Registration Fees: (High School only): Subject to confirmation by the Board (AKU-EB)
Project-Based Learning (PBL) Charges: Subject to confirmation by the Board (AKU-EB)

Note:

• All fees are in Rupees.
• This one-time security deposit is refundable upon completion of the student's enrollment or withdrawal from the school. It is payable once at the time of admission.
• Monthly tuition fees are payable from August to August.
• Annual charges are due at the beginning of the academic year.
• Transportation charges may vary based on the distance from the school.
• Board registration fees are applicable for high school students only and are paid once at the time of enrollment.
• PBL charges are applied for students in elementary and middle school to cover additional resources and materials for project-based learning activities.

The School reserves the right to revise and make alterations to its policies at any point in time.
I/We the parents/guardians responsible for guaranteeing payment of school dues have read and signed this undertaking for compliance with the school’s fee policy and acknowledge that the fee charged is for the full academic session and the last instalment outlined in payment plan no. 4 is not the summer months’ fee but the final balance of the tuition fee for the academic session. We also agree to not contest this agreement at any forum whether public or private.

Academic Honesty
Academic honesty is a matter of utmost seriousness at Bagh Grammar School. Students found in violation of the academic honesty policy will receive a failing grade (either in the specific event or the course as a whole) and may face more severe disciplinary action.

Academic Dishonesty
Academic dishonesty is willful and intentional fraud and deception to improve a grade or obtain course credit. It includes all student behavior intended to gain an unearned academic advantage by fraudulent and/or deceptive means.

Cheating
Cheating is defined as obtaining or attempting to obtain or aiding another in obtaining or attempting to obtain credit for work or any improvement in evaluation of performance, by any dishonest or deceptive means. Cheating includes, but is not limited to:

Taking information
1. Copying graded homework assignments from another student.
2. Working with others on a take-home test or homework when specifically prohibited by the instructor.
3. Looking at another student's paper or screen during an examination.
4. Looking at text, notes or electronic devices during an examination when specifically prohibited by the instructor.
5. Accessing another student's electronic device and taking information from the device.
6. Allowing another person to complete assignments or an online course.

Providing information
1. Giving one's work to another to be copied or used in an oral presentation.
2. Giving answers to another student during an examination or for a take-home test.
3. After having taken an exam, informing another person in a later section about questions appearing on that exam.
4. Providing a term paper to another student.
5. Taking an exam, writing a paper, or creating a computer program or artistic work for another.

Plagiarism
Plagiarism is defined as the act of using the ideas or work of another person or persons as if they were one’s own, without giving proper credit to the sources. Such actions include but are not limited to:
1. Copying homework answers from the text to hand in for a grade.
2. Failing to give credit for ideas, statements of facts, or conclusions derived by another author. Failure to use quotation marks when quoting directly from another, whether it be a paragraph, a sentence, or part thereof.
3. Copying another student’s paper and handing it in as one's own.
4. Giving a speech or oral presentation written by another and claiming it as one's own work.
5. Claiming credit for artistic work done by someone else, such as a musical composition, photos, a painting, drawing, sculpture, or design.
6. Presenting another's computer program as one's own.

Student Responsibility
The student has full responsibility for the content and integrity of all academic work submitted. Ignorance of a rule does not constitute a basis for waiving the rule or the consequences of that rule. Students unclear about a specific situation should ask their instructors to explain what is and is not acceptable in their classes

Unauthorized and unofficial engagements with school faculty
Please note that all out-of-school engagements, such as field trips, class outings, social evenings, competitive events, school-sponsored summer camps, etc. will be announced via an official notification, and students will require a signed permission slip, issued by the School, in order to participate.
The School does not permit its faculty to independently organize events of an academic or social nature for Bagh Grammar School students. Should an unofficial gathering of faculty and students take place, without following the official procedure, whether known or unknown to the School administration, Bagh Grammar School will not be liable, and takes no responsibility for, the conduct and actions of the Schools’ employees.
When not engaged in official School business, they do not represent the School, and should not be viewed by parents/guardians as such. Students on the other hand, especially if attired in official School colours, are representatives of Bagh Grammar School for the entire duration of their enrollment. Unseemly conduct on any occasion will be addressed and may, depending upon the circumstances, result in disciplinary action as required.

Impermissible Behavior 1. The attempted or actual theft of, or misappropriation of, physical or intellectual property and/or services.
2. Attempted or actual damage to property.
3. Purposely providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to a school official(s) or faculty member(s).
4. Threats or behavior that endanger the health and safety of oneself or others. Examples include, but are not limited to, tampering or interfering with, as well as destroying or misusing, fire safety equipment; the possession of firearms, explosives, other weapons, or dangerous chemicals; unauthorized climbing on School buildings and structures; throwing objects out of windows; and the reckless and/or unlawful operation of a motor vehicle.
5. Violation of federal, state, or local statutes.
6. Disruption of the orderly processes of the School, involving obstruction of teaching, research, administration, disciplinary proceedings, or other School activities, including its public-service activities. Actions disruptive to the orderly processes of the School include, but are not limited to:
a. Unauthorized entry into, or occupation of a private office, work area, a teaching, library, or social facility. Failure to abide by the operating regulations of academic and non-academic offices, clubs, classrooms, libraries, laboratories, and other School buildings.
b. Unauthorized possession, duplication or use of keys or access cards to School premises, or tampering with locks to School buildings.
c. Conduct that restricts or prevents School employees from performing their duties.
d. Excessive or extreme noise, the unauthorized display of banners/objects, or the throwing of objects which prevents or disrupts the effective execution of a School function or approved activity, including classes, lectures, meetings, interviews, ceremonies, athletic events, and public functions.
7. Installing or using any device for listening to, observing, photographing, recording, amplifying, or transmitting sounds or events where the individual/group involved has a reasonable expectation of privacy, without consent of all persons involved. The recording or photographing of a recognized group’s proceedings, performances, classes, lectures, programs, workshops, or other similar events without the specific authorization of the sponsoring organization, faculty member, speaker, or other party related to the event.
